GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 3-5 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Once your payment posts to our banking account, our vendor(s) will then be contacted for drop shipping your items.
Please keep in mind of the processing time after making your payment.
SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from couturebyflo.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box or Physical address. Please keep in mind that most vendors shipping timeframe will be anywhere from 2-3 weeks or 3-4 weeks (Not including weekends).

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Couture By Flo does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.

Local Delivery Fee
For all local customers if you are picking up your items the shipping fee will be waived. However, if you would like to have your items brought to you at your place of residence, business or a remote location the 5.00 shipping fee still applies.
Return and Refund Policy
To protect our customers, we will not accept any exchanges or returns until further notice.
All sales are FINAL. No Refunds will be processed at this time.
All defective items should be reported within two days of delivery.
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out via email at couturebyflo@gmail.com, we will answer any questions and address any issues of reported within two days of receipt of your order.
